This looks like an awesome mp3 player. A quick question, do you have any idea if it is compatable with the Playstation 3? I’m sure it is since it’s from the same company Thanks.
well i tryed it in my ps3 and yes is did work i could view pics and vids however when it came to tracks i could only see named folders and was unable to play any tracks. but i am sure there is a way to play them .

i have the 16gb sony mp3. its a great player. but adding album art is proving to be a right pain in the ass excuse the pun lol anyone else own the sony A72P?
mp3 means it has 3 formats…
mp 4 has a video 2 which gives it four formats…
it’s like saying a four wheel car has three wheels…
it does have 3 put 4 in total…
I consider it an MP3 player, since well…it plays MP3s. That’s the primary function of the Walkman. Even Sony calls it an “MP3 player”
Then again, if you want to be REALLY technical, you can label it as an actual MP4 player, but only because of its ability to play the MPEG-4 AVC format.

how do i get musci on it?
Some ways:
1. Drag-and-drop into the Music folder of the player
2. Sync with Windows Media Player
3. Drag from iTunes using Sony’s Content Transfer software
4. Transfer using Sony PSP’s Media Go software
There are actually more ways to add music, but these are the ones that I’ve done. My favorite way to put music is Content Transfer.
